Shipping & Returns Policy
At Sirra, we want your order to arrive safely and for you to feel confident buying from us. This policy explains how shipping, returns and faulty products are handled.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
Shipping
We ship internationally.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 days after payment is received, unless the product is listed as a pre-order or otherwise stated on the product page.
Standard shipping is estimated to take 6–10 days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, courier delays, public holidays or other factors outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
International Shipping, Taxes and Duties
All orders are shipped DDP — Delivered Duty Paid.
This means taxes, duties and import charges are included in the price you pay at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, although we will do our best to help resolve any issue.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@sirrasports.com with your order number.
We will help check the tracking information and work with our shipping partners to understand what has happened.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will assess the matter under this policy.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered.
To help us assess the issue, please email hello@sirrasports.com with:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- photos or video showing the problem, where possible; and
- any relevant packaging photos if the item was damaged in transit.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by applicable consumer guarantees, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the issue, this may include a repair, replacement, refund or another suitable solution.
Warranty and Product Issues
Sirra products are built for sport and regular use, but they must be used, installed and cared for correctly.
Product issues caused by misuse, incorrect installation, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, or use outside the product instructions may not be covered.
Sirra offers a 2 year warranty on Surge 1 Performance Monitors.
Returns Process
Please do not send products back before contacting us.
To request a return assessment, email hello@sirrasports.com with:
- your full name;
- order number;
- product being returned;
- reason for the return request; and
- photos or videos if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We will review your request and provide return instructions if the item needs to be sent back.
Refunds
We will offer a replacement including shipping or refund for all faulty items.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider or payment platform.
